Обеспечение Продовольственной Безопасности Юга России: Угрозы И Возможности

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ продовольственной безопасности Южного федерального округа. Рассматриваются показатели, характеризующие экономическую и физическую доступность продовольствия для населения региона. Анализируются индексы производства продукции сельского хозяйства в ЮФО в 2009-2011 г. Экономическая доступность продовольствия для населения Южного федерального округа оценивается на основе анализа индекса потребительских цен на продовольственные товары, объемов потребления продуктов питания, динамики среднедушевых денежных доходов населения.
