Abstract

Данная статья посвящена обзору основных моделей управления персоналом. Проведенное исследование позволяет утверждать, что проблема продуктивного управления персоналом является одной из актуальнейших проблем эффективности деятельности организации. Для России это относительно новая проблема. Ее злободневный характер требует изучения накопленного отечественного и зарубежного опыта.
