Использование Системного Анализа В Процессе Создания Системы Бюджетирования

Abstract

Внедрение системы бюджетирования на предприятии сложный и длительный процесс, а результаты его часто оказываются далеки от ожидаемых. Значимая часть причин того ошибки и недоработки на стадии планирования и разработки данной системы. Настоящая статья раскрывает методику использования системного анализа при разработке системы бюджетирования, позволяющую существенно снизить количество ошибок и возможных недоработок, а значит, получить в дальнейшем максимально точную и работоспособную систему.
