Рабочие Кадры В Инновационной Экономике России

Abstract

В статье рассматривается широко обсуждаемая в настоящее время проблема недостатка квалифицированных рабочих кадров для удовлетворения нужд инновационной экономики России. Для исследования были использованы несколько источников открытой информации: данные Росстата, данные сборника «Education at a Glance 2012: OECD Indicators», а также контент известных российских сайтов вакансий. Согласно проведенному анализу, недостаток в рабочих кадрах не подтверждается статистическими данными, а требования к квалифицированным рабочим кадрам носят общий характер.
