Abstract

В данной статье мы пересматриваем роль вузов в механизмах формирования инновационных структур страны. Проводится анализ и обобщение зарубежного опыта в университетской среде. На примере таких стран как США, Финляндия, Великобритания, Южная Корея сделан вывод, что вузовская наука является ядром инновационного прорыва. По итогам исследования становится понятно, что в России эти механизмы действуют не всегда, поэтому выделены плюсы и минусы данной ситуации в нашей стране, а также возможности для дальнейшего прогресса.
