Abstract

В настоящее время, когда все большее внимание управленческого персонала направлено на построение эффективной системы управления предприятием встает необходимость формирования новых методов управления экономическими субъектами. В связи с этим использование на практике сложившихся ранее подходов к оценке эффективности и результативности бизнеса становится не целесообразным. В условиях жесткой конкурентной борьбы назрела необходимость совершенствования методов управления коммерческими предприятиями. На первый план выходят новые показатели, характеризующие результативность деятельности предприятия. Таким основным показателем выступает деловая активность предприятия. Целью написания данной статьи является изучение организационно-экономической сущности деловой активности, формирование критериев оценки деловой активности и совершенствование методов управления предприятием на основе произведенной оценки.
