Abstract

В посткризисном периоде в России целесообразно усиление государственного регулирования инвестиционной деятельности в инвестиционно-строительной сфере путем формирования государственно-частных институтов на уровне региона. В статье предложена новая парадигма человеко-ориентированной экономики, базирующейся на государственно-частном мониторинге проектов и программ строительства доступного и комфортного жилья, а также предложено экономико-математическое моделирование ее отдельных аспектовIn the postcrisis period in Russia strengthening of state regulation of investment activity in investitsionno-building sphere by formation of state-private institutes at region level is expedient. In article the new paradigm of the cheloveko-focused economy which is based on state-private monitoring of projects and programs of building of accessible and comfortable habitation is offered, and also economic-mathematical modeling of its separate aspects is offered
