Abstract

В работе предложена модель оценки эффективности сетевого взаимодействия экономических агентов, действующих в электроэнергетических компаниях региона при внедрении инновационных технологий, при различных схемах организации отрасли: вертикально-интегрированная организация (до реформы оптового рынка), сетевая организация с жесткими связями (в настоящее время), сетевая организация с возможностью выбора партнеров по цепочке создания стоимости (возможная структура отрасли при снижении степени монополизации и создании территориальных кластеров).
