Abstract

В нижеследующей статье автор доказывает на примере экономики России, что существующая теория и практика определения амортизационных отчислений, вопреки экономической традиции, в действительности является фактором сдерживающим экономическое развитие предприятий и государства. Предлагается новый взгляд на экономический цикл предприятия и содержание понятий «основные» и «оборотные» средства, а также иные новации.In below-mentioned article the author proves on an example of economy of Russia, that the existing theory and practice of definition of depreciation charges, contrary to economic tradition, actually is the factor constraining economic development of the enterprises and the state. The new sight at a business cycle of the enterprise and the maintenance of concepts the "basic" and "turnaround" means, and also other innovations Is offered.
