Abstract

В статье анализируется действие фактора местного самоуправления в социально-экономическом развитии регионов. Особое внимание сосредоточено на проблемах, возникающих из-за низкого уровня свободы муниципалитетов в получении и использовании доходов. Поэтому обосновывается целесообразность поиска путей увеличения собственных доходов муниципальных образований, полученных в результате коммерческой деятельности.Impact of the factor of local administration in socio-economic development of regions was analyzed in the article. Special consideration is given for problems as a result of low degree of municipalities freedom in acquisition and use of income. Hence practicality of search of approaches for increasing of municipalities proper income, acquired as a result of commercial activity is proven.
