Abstract

В статье рассматривается пример применения визуальных и имитационных моделей для исследования процесса документооборота вуза. Выявлены направления оптимизации этого процесса и с помощью проведения имитационного эксперимента определена эффективность каждого из направлений.This article contains an example of use of visual and imitating models to research documents circulation in institute of higher education. The ways to optimize this process were established and the efficiency of each way was defined with the help of imitating experiment.
