Abstract

Автором в данной статье рассматривается аттестация персонала в коммерческом банке и ее влияние на уровень кадрового потенциала. Итоги аттестации могут быть положительными и отрицательными и они, соответственно, по-разному влияют на мотивацию, производительность труда и трудовую активность.The author in given article considers personnel certification in commercial bank and its influence on level of personnel potential. Certification results can be positive and negative and they, accordingly, differently influence motivation, labour productivity and labour activity.
