Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимозависимости организационно-правовых форм предприятий агропромышленного комплекса и инструментов стимулирования труда. Выделяются уровни взаимосвязи инструментов мотивации труда и форм хозяйствования, с позиции их предрасположенности к тем или иным инструментам стимулирования. Рассматривается специфика использования права собственности в качестве мотивационного фактора.In clause questions of interdependence of organizational-legal forms of the enterprises of agriculture and tools of stimulation of work are considered. Levels of interrelation of tools of motivation of work and forms of managing, from a position of their predisposition to those or other tools of stimulation are allocated.
