Эмпирическая Оценка Эффектов От Изменения Ставки Налога На Прибыль Организаций В Пермском Крае

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена количественной оценке эффектов от управления ставкой процента по налогу на прибыль организаций в Пермском крае на собираемость данного налога, прибыль организаций и объем инвестиций в Пермский край. Для проведения анализа были собраны данные по изменению ставки процента по налогу на прибыль с 2001 по 2010 год. Построена динамическая макромодель развития основных показателейсостояния экономики Пермского края, оценены параметры данной модели. На основании построенной модели произведены расчеты прогнозных значений собираемости налога на прибыль и инвестиций в зависимости от изменения ставки процента по налогу на прибыль организаций,в условиях основного сценария развития экономики, составленного МЭР РФ. Выявлены и количественно оценены краткосрочные и среднесрочные эффекты изменения отдельных показателей экономического развития Пермского края под действием управления ставкой.
