Abstract

На основе построенной модели международного олигополистического рынка выясняется, как правительства в странах-экспортерах и странах-импортерах могут использовать налогообложение (или субсидирование) стратегически в целях сдвига прибыли вертикально (вверх или вниз по технологической цепочке, между фирмами-экспортерами и дистрибьюторами) и горизонтально, между странами-экспортерами.On the basis of the model of international oligopoly we study, how the policy makers in the exporting and importing countries may use taxes (or subsidies) strategically in order to shift rents vertically, up or down the vertical value-chain, and horizontally, between exporting countries.
