Abstract

Развитие озерно-речной инфраструктуры в Калининградской области естественно и весьма перспективно. Однако последние десятилетия водная озерно-речная инфраструктура практически не развивалась по ряду причин. Значительное влияние сферы озерно-речной инфраструктуры на региональное хозяйство Калининградской области в целом и предопределяет актуальность мер по повышению эффективности ее функционирования, которые автор освещает в своей статье. Данный документ создан при финансовой поддержке Евросоюза. Ответственность за содержание этого документа несет исключительно автор и партнер по проекту, которого он представляет, и ни при каких обстоятельствах не должно рассматриваться как отражение позиции Европейского Союза.
