Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам формирования и развития сектора государственных услуг на новом этапе пореформенного развития общества. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам реализации содержания нового федерального закона "Об организации предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг", что может существенно модернизировать систему отношений между гражданами, организациями и государственной властью в российском социально-экономическом пространстве.The article is devoted to problems of formation and advancing of the public services sector during the new stage of after-reform society development. Special consideration is given for aspects of realization of main contents of the new Federal Low About Organization of Public and Municipal Services Provision, which can help to modernize essentially system of relationship between citizens, entities and state authorities within Russian socio-economic area.
