Экономический И Управленческий Потенциал Учреждения Как Критерий Определения Его Типа

Abstract

В статье отмечается, что залогом эффективного функционирования учреждений в условиях действия Федерального закона от 08.05.2010 № 83-ФЗ является корректное определение их типа (автономные, бюджетные, казенные) и приводится методика его определения, основанная на оценке экономического и управленческого потенциала учреждений. Кроме того, в статье детально описывается комплекс показателей, характеризующих экономический и управленческий потенциал учреждения.
