Abstract

Управление инновационными процессами предлагается осуществлять в рамках единой инвестиционной стратегии с использованием «Карты перспективных возможностей». Рассматриваются основные функции управления и этапы проведения внутреннего аудита инновационного предприятия с перечнем характеристик, которые следует подвергать анализу в процессе разработки карты. Проанализированы основные подходы к прогнозной оценке инноваций на ранних стадиях реализации инновационного проекта и основные методы, применяемые на практике при оценке инноваций.
