Abstract

В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты и вопросы практической реализации системы предоставления услуг лицам пожилого возраста в России. Пожилые люди относятся к наименее обеспеченным слоям и нуждаются в активной социальной защите, в том числе с целенаправленным использованием специальных услуг.In the article the theoretical aspects and questions of practical realization of the system of conceding the services to the elderly citizens in Russia are dealt with. Elderly people refer to the least provided layer and need the active social defense, including purposeful use of special services.
