Abstract

По мере обретения регионами РФ реальной самостоятельности формируется собственно региональная система интересов с акцентом повышения ответственности субъектов экономической деятельности. От создания эффективных механизмов реализации экономических интересов субъектов во многом зависит переход российской экономики к решению приоритетно-процессной задачи федеральных, региональных и местных органов власти - повышению качества жизни человека.In process of finding by regions Russian Federations of real independence actually regional system of interests with accent of increase of responsibility of subjects of economic activities is formed. Transition of the Russian economy in many respects depends on creation of effective mechanisms of realisation of economic interests of subjects to the decision of an is priority-process problem of federal, regional and local authorities - to human life improvement of quality.
