Компетентностный Подход В Основе Профессионального Образования Российских Менеджеров

Abstract

Использование компетентностного подхода предполагает обязательное участие работодателей и представителей профессиональных сообществ совместно с научным сообществом в формировании заказа на выпускника - менеджера, а именно, состава компетенций, которыми он должен обладать (универсальными или ключевыми, общепрофессиональными и функциональными или предметно-специальными). Результатом совместной деятельности профессиональных школ и работодателей станут компетентностно-ориентированные основные и дополнительные программы профессионального образования. Определение состава компетенций позволит также отобрать образовательные технологии, оптимальные для подготовки менеджеров, а также создать материально-техническую базу для их развития у студентов и слушателей.
