Abstract

В статье рассмотрены актуальные вопросы формирования и использования трудовых ресурсов предприятия, исследована эволюция понятия «трудовые ресурсы», выделены подходы к определению понятий «трудовые ресурсы», «рабочая сила», «человеческие ресурсы», «человеческий капитал» и «трудовой потенциал», сформулировано определение понятия «трудовые ресурсы предприятия».
