Abstract

Классический подход к построению оценки земли сельскохозяйственного назначения состоит в применении для исследования взаимосвязанных вопросов экономического равновесия и оценки земли в сельскохозяйственном производстве аппаратом линейного программирования. Балансовые модели для расчета цен на сельскохозяйственную продукцию и рентных оценок земли, отражающие основные двойственные соотношения линейного программирования, позволяют отыскивать одновременно и взаимосвязано с вышеназванными показателями и оценки факторов интенсификации.
