Разработка Комплекса Моделей Долгосрочного Прогнозирования Потребления Электроэнергии В Китайской Народной Республике

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены задачи прогнозирования потребления электроэнергии на макроуровне. Приведен обзор отечественных и зарубежных разработок. Представлены основные результаты разработки комплекса моделей прогнозирования потребления электроэнергии в Китайской Народной Республике в долгосрочном периоде, методы и подходы, использованные при создании комплекса. Приведены схемы моделей, основные уравнения, входящие и результирующие показатели, сценарные прогнозы. Даны краткие выводы по применимости разработанных инструментальных средств.
