Abstract

В статье рассмотрены возможности применения концепции фискального пространства на внутристрановом уровне, обоснована необходимость формирования бюджетной емкости, предложены основные направления ее увеличения, разработаны экономико-математическая и формализованная модели бюджетной емкости.
