Abstract

Для малого предпринимательства России характерно замедление развития, при наличии огромного суммарного потенциала активных людей, задействованных (или готовых к этому) в этом секторе национальной экономики. В Чеченской Республике показатели развития малого предпринимательства - сегмента региональной экономики имеют еще более низкий уровень значений. Преодоление ситуации представляется возможным только в условиях выработки и реализации мер революционного характера.For small business of Russia development delay, in the presence of huge total potential of the active people involved (or ready to it) in this sector of national economy is characteristic. In the Chechen Republic indicators of development of small business - a segment of regional economy have lower level of values. Situation overcoming is obviously possible only in the conditions of development and realization of measures of revolutionary character.
