Особенности Развития Малоэтажного Строительства В Республике Татарстан

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития малоэтажного жилищного строительства в Республике Татарстан. По результатам исследования выявлена современная специфика индивидуальной застройки в регионе, проявляющаяся в интересе к строительству мегапроектов. При этом из реализующихся проектов большинство коттеджных поселков строится по так называемой затратной технологии. Обозначенные автором мероприятия позволят обеспечить короткий инвестиционный цикл, что будет условием снижения стоимости жилья.In article questions of development of low housing construction in Republic Tatarstan are considered. By results of research modern specificity of individual building in the region, shown in interest to building of megaprojects is revealed. Thus the majority of cottage settlements is under construction of realized projects on so-called expensive technologies. The actions designated by the author will allow to provide a short reinvestment cycle that will be a condition of depreciation of habitation.
