Abstract

Вопросы управления платежными системами не теряют своей актуальности, в связи с тесной вовлеченностью процесса расчетов во все сферы экономики, что обуславливает необходимость развития существующих подходов к оценке рисков платежных систем. Управление рисками платежных систем включает в себя несколько этапов оценки, как количественной так и качественной. Методы количественной оценки рисков разнятся, так как платежные системы обладают различной структурой и схемой проведения расчетов, в данной работе рассмотрены общие подходы к количественной оценке операционного риска платежной системы, как одного из четырех основных видов риска.
