Abstract

В статье рассматриваются свойства системы формальных институтов социально-трудовых отношений, а именно внутренняя иерархия её элементов. Автор выявляет системообразующие институты и институты-аутсайдеры, обосновывает значимость предлагаемого подхода для оценки эффективности существующей институциональной конструкции - системы формальных институтов социально-трудовых отношений.This paper discusses the properties of the formal institutions of social-labor relations, namely, the internal hierarchy of its elements. The author reveals the backbone institutes and institutions, outsiders, substantiates the significance of the proposed approach for assessing the effectiveness of existing institutional structures - a system of formal institutions of social and labor relations.
