Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу создания муниципального центра сетевого планирования, как органа способствующего формированию оптимальных проектов и программ инновационного развития муниципального образования. В статье дается характеристика финансово-экономическим, законодательным, информационным, образовательным, кадровым и инфраструктурным механизмам реализации стимулирующей функции органов местного самоуправления.deals with the problem of creation of the municipal center of net planning, as the body, which promotes to formation of optimal projects and programs on innovative development of municipal foundation. The characteristics of financial, economic, legislative, informational, educational, personnel and infrastructure mechanisms of realization of the stimulating function of the bodies of local government are given.
