Abstract

О сущности и значении индикативного, направляющего подхода к планированию и организации процессов социального и экономического развития свидетельствует его широкое применение во многих зарубежных странах (особенно, во Франции, Канаде, США и Японии) на протяжении длительного периода времени, с использованием разнообразных, изменяющихся и усложняющихся в динамике, инструментов и методов.
