Abstract

В настоящее время проблема повышения конкурентоспособности розничной торговой компании является актуальной. Особенно остро эта проблема наблюдается на региональном рынке, поскольку темпы экспансии столичных и иностранных розничных торговых компаний на региональный рынок становятся с каждым годом выше. Причиной экспансии является насыщение столичных рынков и отсутствие перспектив роста. Розничные рынки в столичных городах (г. Москва, г. Нижний Новгород, г. Екатеринбург) сегодня поделены между компаниями, поэтому их рост может быть связан с захватом региональных рынков, где розничный рынок пока не достаточно насыщен и есть возможность завоевать определенную долю рынка.
