Abstract

Для успешной реализации проектов реструктуризации предприятий необходим адекватный механизм государственного регулирования. В статье рассматриваются основные методы и нормативно-правовые основы государственного регулирования реструктуризации предприятий, а также предлагается в будущем более детально регламентировать вопросы реструктуризации. Определены задачи, особенности и направления реструктуризации в условиях экономики России.An appropriate mechanism of state regulation is necessary for successful implementation of enterprise restructuring projects. The paper considers basic methods and regulatory framework of state regulation of enterprise restructuring, it has been proposed to regulate issues of restructuring in more detail in future. Tasks, distinctive features and trends of conversion under the conditions of Russian economy are given.
