Моделирование И Оптимизация Срока Действия Патента С Учетом Скорости Инновационного Процесса

Abstract

Построена модель инновационного процесса как движения фирмы-лидера по «лестнице качества» продукта, позволяющая однозначно определить срок действия патента, максимизирующий интенсивность разработки инноваций. Выяснено, что срок действия патента, максимизирующий скорость инновационного процесса, превосходит срок действия патента, максимизирующий национальное благосостояние.The model of innovation process as movement by a leading firm up a product quality ladder, which identifies a unique patent length that maximizes the rate of innovation, is proposed. We find that the patent length that maximizes the rate of innovation is longer than the patent length that maximizes consumer welfare.
