Abstract

В статье рассмотрены подходы к построению эффективной системы управления финансовым обеспечением на предприятиях электроэнергетической отрасли. Предложена модель системы управления, позволяющая обеспечить логическую и информационную взаимосвязь всех уровней менеджмента (стратегия, бюджетирование, оперативное управление). Рассмотрены вопросы автоматизации процессов финансового управления.In this article is considered the approaches to effective financial management system development in the enterprises of power industry. The model of management system, allowing to provide logic and information interrelation of all levels of management (strategy, budgeting and operational) is offered. Automation problems of finance management processes are considered.
