К Вопросу Качества Электроснабжения

Abstract

В статье автором поднимается проблема качества электроснабжения. Автор отмечает, что в рыночных условиях надежность электроснабжения становится для потребителей товаром, реализуемым через рыночные услуги и имеющим свою цену. Потребители должны сами решать, какой уровень надежности им нужен и брать на себя обязательство по оплате этой важнейшей услуги. А работники отрасли должны обеспечить надежность и безопасность электроснабжения потребителей.In clause the author the problem of quality of electrosupply rises. The author marks, that in market conditions reliability of electrosupply becomes the goods sold through market services and having the price for consumers. Consumers should solve, what level of reliability it is necessary and to incur the obligation on payment of this major service. And workers of branch should provide reliability and safety of electrosupply of consumers.
