Abstract

Складывающая практика хозяйствования в России характеризуется наличием неэффективного частного собственника. Западная парадигма государства как неэффективного собственника в условиях экономической нестабильности также подтверждена. Все это требует переосмысления сложившихся взглядов на управление интегрированными структурами. В статье предложен методический подход к оценке эффективности управления такими экономическими системами, как интеграционные образования с государственным участием.Putting practice of managing in Russia is characterized by presence of the inefficient private proprietor. The western paradigm of the state as inefficient proprietor in the conditions of economic instability also is confirmed. All it demands reconsideration of the developed sights at management of the integrated structures. In article the methodical approach to a management efficiency estimation by such economic systems, as integration formations with the state participation is offered
