Abstract

В статье раскрывается механизм организации инновационной деятельно- сти банков с государственным участием. Дается характеристика структуры управления инновационной деятельностью в государственных банках; норма- тивных документов, регламентирующих организацию инновационной деятель- ности в кредитных организациях, имеющих данный статус. Особое внимание уделяется источникам и методам финансирования инновационной деятельности на современном этапе в банках с государственным участием. Вносится предло- жение о создании национального проекта по инновациям на основе банков с го- сударственным участием с целью повышения качества работы инновационного механизма в РФ.
