Abstract

В данной статье представлен анализ динамики производства основных видов мясной продукции и степени использования производственных мощ- ностей; выявлены факторы, ограничивающие развитие предприятий мясной промышленности; исследованы функциональные и системные проблемы конкурентоспособности и пути их решения.
