Abstract

В статье представлена краткая характеристика теоретических основ экологического страхования и опыта его применения в России и за рубежом. Рассматриваются региональные особенности Камчатского края, на основе которых раскрывается актуальность проблемы обеспечения экологической безопасности. Обоснован выбор страхового механизма в форме перераспределения и финансирования риска аварийных разливов нефтепродуктов с использованием отчисления средств экологического портового сбора.In article the brief characteristic of theoretical bases of ecological insurance and experience of his application in Russia and abroad is submitted. Regional features of the Kamchatka territory on the basis of which the urgency of a problem of maintenance of ecological safety is opened are examined. The choice of the insurance mechanism in the form of redistribution and financing of risk of emergency floods of mineral oil with use of deduction of means of ecological port gathering is proved.
