Abstract

При разработке теории переходной экономики одним из основных вопросов является оценка эффективности производства. Эффективность национального хозяйства предполагает наличие научно-обоснованной стратегии экономического роста. Стратегическая концепция роста эффективности национального хозяйства должна основываться на государственном управлении научно-техническим развитием.By working out of the theory of transitive economy by one of the basic questions the production efficiency estimation is. Efficiency of a national economy assumes presence of the scientifically-proved strategy of economic growth. The strategic concept of growth of efficiency of a national economy should be based on the government scientific and technical development.
