Abstract

Для статистического анализа развития и распространения информационных технологий в России необходимо изучать«уровень готовности» общества к возможному их применению во всех сферах жизнедеятельности. Индекс готовности общества позволяет строить рейтинги регионов по отдельным направлениям и факторам развития информационного общества с различной степенью детализации.
