Abstract

В статье автор раскрывает сущность и отличительные особенности таких понятий, как инновационный потенциал региона, инновационная подсистема, инновационная экономика. Подчеркивается значительная роль фактора открытости к внешней среды в развитии инновационного потенциала региона.In clause the author opens essence and distinctive features of such concepts, as innovative potential of region, an innovative subsystem, innovative economy. The significant role of the factor of an openness to an environment in development of innovative potential of region is emphasized.
