Эффективное Управление Жкх На Основе Концессионных Соглашений

Abstract

Широкое использование системы делегированного управления в ЖКХ России приведет к модернизации и повышению эффективности использования объектов жизнеобеспечения населения, к экономии ресурсов, дальнейшему рефинансированию средств, направляемых на финансирование ЖКХ. После окончания действия договора-концессии муниципальные образования получают модернизированную инфраструктуру при уменьшении себестоимости поставляемых ресурсов и повышении качества услуг.Wide use of system of the delegated management in housing and communal services of Russia will lead to modernisation and increase of efficiency of use of objects of life-support of the population, to economy of resources, the further refinancing of the means directed on financing of housing and communal services. After the termination of action of the contract-concession municipal unions receive the modernised infrastructure at reduction of the cost price of delivered resources and improvement of quality of services.
