Abstract

Проблема развития малого предпринимательства в Чеченской Республике стоит очень остро, т.к. восстанавливающийся промышленно- строительный комплекс испытывает грандиозную необходимость в эффективном функционировании. В связи с этим после принятой и реализованной программы с 2006 по 2010 годы, сразу же была принята «Программа поддержки и развития малого и среднего предпринимательства в Чеченской Республике на 2011 - 2013 годы».
