Abstract

Процесс развития персонала с целью повышения эффективности предпринимательской деятельности многогранен, на него оказывают воздействие факторы внутренней и внешней предпринимательской среды и совокупность социальных, психологических и культурных особенностей коллектива и работника в отдельности. С точки зрения формирования инструмента развития предпринимательской деятельности необходимо поэтапное решение возникающих проблем и выбор наиболее действенных управленческих решенийThe process of human resource development in purpose to increase the effectiveness of entrepreneurial activities is many-sided. It is influenced by the factors of internal and external entrepreneurial environment and a variety of social, psychological and cultural characteristics of collective and each single employee. From the point of view of the effective development of the entrepreneurial activity it is necessary to solve the raising problems step by step and to choose the most effective managerial decisions
