Abstract

Эффективность управления карьерой - это многообразный результат, отвечающий конечным и промежуточным целям осуществления мероприятий по управлению карьерой. В статье авторами предложена система показателей для оценки для этих мероприятий. Расчет и анализ эффекта и эффективности от мероприятий по управлению карьерой позволяет руководству компании выявить слабые и сильные стороны в деятельности фирмы.The management efficiency career is the diverse result adequate to the final and intermediate purposes of realization of actions on management by career. In article authors offer system of parameters for an estimation for these actions. Calculation and the analysis of effect and efficiency from actions on management of career allows a management of the company to reveal weak and strengths in activity of firm.
