Abstract

Конкурентоспособность регионов, неотъемлемая черта развития экономики, присущая, в основном, странам с федеральным государственным устройством. Регионам - субъектам Российской Федерации свойственны элементы конкурентных отношений на федеральном уровне за предоставление благоприятных экономических условий, привлечение квалифицированной рабочей силы и внешних инвестиций, установление международных экономических связей. Автор описывает международный подход к оценке конкурентоспособности региона, основанный на использовании трудовых параметров, предполагающий расчет удельной оплаты труда, получаемой из соотношения заработной платы и производительности труда.
