Abstract

Управление финансовыми активами, позволяющее достичь банкам экономии на эффекте масштаба, уже не является источником их конкурентных преимуществ. В лучшем случае, это обеспечивает среднюю окупаемость инвестиций. Сверхприбыль приносит разумное использование наряду с финансовыми активами нефинансового капитала, которое и обеспечивает доминирующее положение банка на рынке. Поэтому в конкурентной борьбе коммерческие банки все чаще обращаются к интеллектуальной составляющей своего бизнеса. Интеллектуальный капитал становится главным «потенциалом стоимости» банка в современной экономике.
